The prefabricated buildings for Transformer Substations made by ADHORNA have been accepted by all the Power Companies operating in Spain and are manufactured according to the UNESA 1303A standard and to each company’s own specifications |
|
|
|
|

|
 |
They are produced using a modular system that adapts to the customer’s requirements: company buildings, company-consumer, operating centre, meter pool, etc.
The whole perimeter of the buildings is fitted with a false floor with holes for cables to pass through.
Once assembled they form an equipotential surface.
|
The doors and grills are metallic, being subsequently galvanised and painted. The sizes are: pedestrian door 0.90 x 2.10 m., transformer door 1.25 x 2.10 m.
The outside finish is exposed aggregate (pebble), with the option of plain concrete painted in any colour on the RAL table..

They involve a monobloc manufacturing process with three different models: PNCT2-M (Company Building for a Transformer), PNCT2-MT (Consumer Building or Company Building with remote control equipment) and PNCT3-M (Company Building for two Transformers).
As with the panel buildings, they form an equipotential surface, with the same metal carpentry and the same cable openings.
|
These buildings are designed to house the cells and transformers of any manufacturer. Their monobloc construction means they can be fitted out and installed in the factory and delivered fully-equipped to the customer.
The outside finish is plain concrete painted in light grey RAL 7035, with the option, to order, of painting in any colour on the RAL table.

These are designed to house transformers of up to 250 KVA on lines of up to 36 KV.
The inlet and outlet for cables is underground and uses the openings provided in the building’s false floor.
All the metal carpentry is galvanised and painted.
These buildings have the following advantages:
• They protect transformers from the elements and so prolong their useful lives
• Reduced environmental impact
• Small size
• Option of relocating them with all the equipment inside
• High level of protection (IP 339). Protection against forward and contact voltage

They allow for the installation of a Compact Transformer Substation (CTS) with operation from the outside, a maximum power of up to 630 KVA and with voltage supplies equal to or less than 24 KV.
The building’s small size ensures it blends in well with its surroundings.
The building has a double-leaf front door and two side grills for ventilation.
The arrangement of MT cells, transformer and LT switchboard is mounted on a metal frame designed for fitting into the prefabricated PN-CTMEX building.

 |
They allow for the installation of Compact Transformer Substations (CTS) with operation from the inside, with no cover during operation, with a maximum power of up to 360 KVA and a voltage of 24 KV.
They can be made with horizontal (PNCTSUB-H) or vertical ventilation (PNCTSUB-V), which is natural in both cases.
As with the PN-CTMEX, the arrangement of MT cells, transformer and LT switchboard is mounted on a metal frame designed for fitting into the PNCTSUB underground buildings.
